I remember going to Whisky a Go Go with my best friend a month after moving to LA in 2018 and hoping that I would someday be able to play a show there. On June 29th 2022 that dream became a reality.
Playing Whisky a Go Go was an absolute dream. It’s been almost a week and it still doesn’t feel real. Having my first show at such an iconic venue just seems insane to me. Insane in a good way of course like how is this even possible. I played a thirty-minute set with my band and sold about eighty tickets. My mom, mom’s best friend and cousin all flew out the morning of the show to be there to support me which was so sweet.
I’m currently working on new music to release this year and booking more shows. I have a single coming out July 8th so be on the lookout for that! I know that this is only the beginning and I can’t wait to see what’s going to happen next <3
Heather Kathryn turns the truth into songs about love, loss and everything in between.
They say a star in the making will look for the spotlight everywhere they go. Well, little did they know that Heather Kathryn was the spotlight, and Arizona had no idea the star power they had produced.
Born in the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona, Heather found herself wanting a more creative outlet than most kids in her area. Music became her escape from the judgmental eyes of the kids at school that had a limited view of the world. Once she found her voice in music, she paved her way to becoming an artist by moving to Los Angeles at seventeen to dive in head first into her career in music. Heather Kathryn is ready to take the world by its heartstrings and demand to have her voice heard.
