B&M stands for "Bitch and Moan," which is the main theme of the song. It's about the feeling of ranting to someone and then feeling guilty for burdening other people with your problems, a feeling I believe to be caused by anxieties I face. It's about holding feelings in, releasing them, and then feeling guilty about it, resulting in wanting to hold everything in even more.
