‘Underneath’ - Kicking Sunrise | Review

Even if you are under the weather, ‘Underneath’ will get you in a good mood and make you want to dance.

The newest single from the Jersey-based pop group Kicking Sunrise is a fun summer party song. Soaring vocals and a peppy beat make it a perfect song to dance around to as it builds. The song's progression is very 2010’s pop party mixed with a bit of modern rock-pop and it creates this super cool sound that is engaging and new to listen to.

Kicking Sunrise is a band of Musicians / Songwriters from Sewell, NJ, that started after a successful posting on YouTube on January 2013. After only a year of writing, performing, and building an extensive fan base in the South Jersey area, the boys were recognized and signed by an independent record label (Right Coast Music). While spending a year in Southern California, Kicking Sunrise has written and recorded a full ten-song album of fun, feel good, jazzy pop songs that were released in the Summer of 2015.

"Make It Up" - Port Lucian |Review

Pull into a dusky dreamland with the final single off of EP Prince of Oddities, "Make It Up". There is something so raw and special about this track. It captures the feeling of a dreampop lo-fi track
