Novi brings listeners the intense electro-pop single “School Bus”.
Dropping singles every month until the release of her full record in September, “School Bus” is Novi’s June single. An ode to her upbringing, the track is about the journey of growing up, being an outcast, the sensitivity of life when you're a teenager, and ultimately the way you treat others is how you love yourself. With soft vocals and a slow build, the track is a slow burn until you reach the chorus which truly captures the message of the song. Starting in August she is rolling out a debut record with all one-minute songs, entitled FAST!
Novi, moniker of Oregon native Carolyne Neuman, has an undeniable knack for writing hooks. With a background in comedy & improvisation, Novi uses her innate flow with melodies to create her catchy, impactful tunes. Novi’s latest single “Daydream” was released May 20th 2020, featured on “New music Daily, “Chill music”on Apple Music.
“Daydream” is a follow up to Novi’s last single “Snacks” an infectious ode to feeling hangry. “Snacks” received strong editorial support from Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon music, tidal and had its own Snapchat filter with over 800,000 views.
