Dallas based alt-rock band LOVEHEIST has arrived, and as the new track indicates, they’re “Ready to Go.” Formerly members of the popular “Northern National,” the trio of Michael Rossi, Anthony Comas, and Dylan Greene are back to work with an upbeat single and a positive message.
Featuring cool guitar patterns and a catchy hook, LOVEHEIST is lifting my spirits with this one. I can’t get enough of Michael Rossi’s voice, and this track just makes me feel like driving around in my car, wasting time and laughing with my friends. It’s reminiscent of that feel good earlier 2000 vibes brought to us by bands like The Fray and OneRepublic.
In March of 2020 the guys set out to record as many songs as they could for the remainder of the year with their producer/co-songwriter Thomas Onebane. In their words, “Ready to Go” is about not giving up. It's about those moments in life that take you to your lowest of lows, but overcoming those moments, making the best of them, and moving forward”
