"N95" - Arya | Review

Okay, this is a PSA, please wear your mask and for a more friendly reminder...set that Spotify alarm to play "N95" by Arya.

Even though you can't see me behind this screen and my mask, you can be sure I am smiling and grooving to this song! I saw the title and I was skeptical, a pandemic track that isn't cliche or super sad, we shall see....and see I did! "N95" is such a fun lofi bedroom pop track that just makes you want to dance and see the brighter side of things.

Arya: "N95 was written, recorded, mixed, and mastered over the course of a week. The song is about ingenuity and uncertainty which is pretty true to the time we’re living in right now. I recorded and played every instrument as well as sung the part to give an honest impression of my sound. "

Hailing from Los Angeles, USA, Arya is an up and coming Bedroom Pop/Indie artist with a penchant for writing infectious tunes and relatable narratives. Arya’s musical journey began at the young age of 6 with classical piano and later began violin instruction at the age of 8. Extensive music theory and compositional training eventually spurred Arya to grow to love music production as well. The artist attends UCLA as a violinist and is also a political science major; he also interned with Hans Zimmer in the field of movie music. An avid storyteller, Arya is greatly influenced by real life experiences, drawing inspiration for his music from personal experiences and themes of life, allowing him to invoke strong emotions in people. What’s more, Arya also seems to have a unique innate competency to ingeniously present music in multiple styles, all while maintaining a consistent brand, one of the factors that make this artist one to keep an eye out for. With big dreams and plenty of energy to spare, Arya seeks to positively influence society with his music, and is well on his way to becoming a distinguished artist in our generation.
