"Losing Streak" Felicia Lu , Aron Matthews, and Maël & Jonas

Some songs grab you from their first chord. "Losing Streak" is one of these songs. Truly, I think it has the potential to be one of my songs of the summer.

I love this collaboration between Felicia Lu , Aron Matthews, and Maël & Jonas. The diversity of the vocals blends just beautifully and each is a natural powerhouse on their own,

The song is a hymn for everyone feeling like they're on a losing streak, describing the story from the singers' perspective. In contrast to the storyline of the song, the production is quite upbeat and builds an interesting counterplay between the music and lyrics. There is something so punchy about this track that just pulls you in, it is an anthem for those times where nothing is going your way and life is kind of tough but you just have to keep pushing through it.

I think I will be blasting this on my way to work in LA traffic this summer.

Felicia Lu is a 26 year-old singer/songwriter from Germany, now based in Vienna, Austria.

After making it to the finals of the RTL Talentshow „Rising Star“ in 2014 and to the finals of the German preselection for the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 and in 2022, she’s been working on and releasing her original music. Felicia Lu is a multi-talent when it comes to music in all forms. She plays several instruments, writes her own songs, produces, and sings.

The 26-year-old is an all-round artist: she writes and performs her own music, conceptualises it and implements it visually in her music videos and cover art. In addition, she designs her own works of art, dances and finds herself in almost all areas of art.

Felicia has a total of over 7 million streams on Spotify alone - already over a million on her song “Pay" alone. Her songs are also well-received on the radio: In Austria, she reached power play on the country's largest radio station and her last singles "Anxiety", "In Your Hands" and "Dear Karma" were also played on the largest German radio stations.
