“Live and Die in LA” - SEB | Review

“live and die in la” by SEB is a lo-fi song that makes me want to brave the traffic and congestion of city life to live the LA dream.

The sweet, calming guitar opening instantly gives off a Hawaiian vacation vibe that I love. The impressive production and SEB’s tone allow his lyrics to wash over you like a wave. He portrays living the dream - being able to live in such a chill, creativity hub like Los Angeles. The great opportunities and relaxed lifestyle lead people to “hope to live and die in LA.”

SEB is an American artist whose music is a mix between pop, electronic, indie, and lofi. His inspirations include Tyler the Creator, GRIMES, The Cure, and Toro Y Moi as he strives to push boundaries in the music industry. His most recent release “boys don’t cry” has already reached 116,000 streams on Spotify in less than two weeks and I expect this track to strike a chord with just as many if not more listeners.
