‘I don’t miss you’ - Caro | Review

‘I don’t miss you’ is the third single written, produced, and mixed completely by 23-year-old songwriter and producer Caro.

Like her past releases, “i don’t miss u” features Caro’s signature lo-fi bedroom pop production and highlights her strengths vocally and lyrically. It continues the progression of singles leading up to her seven song mixtape coming this fall.

Caro self describes this as a “post-post-breakup song” that shows how even when you’re over someone, the feeling of rejection still lingers. There is a beautiful purity about her vocals that elevates the track. The song is emotionally raw but perfectly polished in its more acoustic production. This song drips with young love and heartache. Honestly, this is going in my chill vibes playlist right away.

Caro been surrounded by music for the majority of her life. Being classically trained in violin since the age of 5, Caro used her background in the instrument to teach herself guitar, piano, viola, and cello as she got older. Once Caro went to college she started writing and producing for herself and other artists.
