Hitting us with an electrifying new dance pop single, “Do My Thing”, producer Blookah delivers a track that radiates high energy and confidence, featuring the stunning vocals of Annalisa Fernandez. From the very first beat, the song burst with life. The track feels like it’s being driven by a shimmering ambient intro that builds throughout the song, featuring a pulsing bassline. Its euphoric and groovy production creates an atmosphere tailor-made for festival stages or any dance floor. The atmosphere of pure movement is created by every layer and rhythmic drop contributed to the song. This track is definitely one that I would add to my playlist which already includes Kaytranada, Disclosure, and Tame Impala.

What truly makes the track blend is the chemistry between Blookah’s production and Annalisa’s smooth vocals. A sense of warmth and emotion is brought by her perfect blend of vocals. Her voice is so effortlessly soothing while keeping a soulful depth to the track. Together, they create a song that feels organic and captures modern dance pop. “Do My Thing” comes off confident and feels like an anthem of self-expression.
