The artist chose 'Daisies' to symbolize the physicality of being in someone's presence. This song will make you feel as if you are walking through grassy fields and the sun is beaming and you want to lay with the flowers and be one with nature. Her vocals are breathtaking as you feel her passion and as if she is giving you a warm hug. Elise Road originates from San Antonio, Texas. At the age of sixteen, she started writing music that embodied inspiration from her childhood. She is inspired by the ballads of R&B mogul Baby Face and the beats and blues of the queen of Neo-Soul, Erykah Badu. Road’s vocals are soothing to the ear as she pours her heart out into every note. She delivers her signature vocals with a jazzy undertone alongside a soulful vibrato. Road’s style is similar to other artists such as Tori Kelly, Alicia Keys, and Alina Baraz.
