"All The Time" - ROMEX x Haiva Ru | Review

"All The Time" is a groovy and infectious indie pop track that will be stuck in your head.

This track is the good vibe I have been craving! I love how this track dances around. There is a beachy element to the sound and it feels like it is dripping in sunshine. There is something glittery and light to this collaboration. Toronto’s ROMES and Santa Barbara’s Haiva Ru first connected after both landing on Spotify's Fresh Finds playlist this summer. Remotely collaborating in the middle of the pandemic lockdown, both artists wanted to create a shimmering, summer nostalgia, feel-good vibe to counter the strange, melancholic times we're all going through.

ROMES is an independent duo from Toronto, Canada made up of brothers Jacob and Nicolas Bitove. After supporting The Strokes last summer, the brothers spent the past year teaming up with various producers and artists including Mark Foster (Foster The People) and Paul Meany (Twenty One Pilots). These collaborations, coupled with the brothers' undeniable and natural chemistry, has helped ROMES craft a sound that weaves in and out of different genres, presenting a fresh take in the alternative pop space.
